\n \nThis position requires a self-starter who does not want to sit behind a desk all day, but loves to interact with people and build value-driven relationships for business growth. The ideal person for this position is an individual with an outgoing personality, comfortable with public speaking, self-motivated and able to work independently with limited supervision, detail oriented and has good time management, has high professional standards, and is familiar with current marketing and advertising social trends. This person will work with individuals in the real estate industry, including realtors, lenders, and attorneys, to develop and maintain client relationships and to provide the highest level of customer service.
\n \nM&M Title Co. has been an industry leader for over 50 years, providing full-service title insurance and escrow company. We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Associate on a full-time basis to serve the Dayton and Cincinnati markets. Responsibilities include direct marketing and strategic business growth by identifying and establishing new residential and commercial business opportunities, manage existing client relationships, attend client and networking events, assist with event scheduling and organizing events and sponsorships, stop by offices and businesses, expand the company’s footprint in the Dayton and Cincinnati real estate markets, welcome new real estate agents and lenders to the industry, client recognition, and research, assess and creatively tap into emerging market trends. This position will also be responsible for closing residential and commercial transactions, including properly handling, signing and explaining closing documents and securely and carefully disbursing closing funds.
\n \nThe ideal candidate have demonstrated sales ability in a professional or real estate related services industry. Our standard, office hours are 8:30-5PM (M-F) but the business day often extends to meet client needs.
\n \nCompensation plan provides opportunity for high earnings and continued growth. Employee will be eligible for the medical/dental insurance plan and 401(k) retirement savings plan with employer contributions.
