Partnering with customers to ensure a successful transition to operations, the full-time remote Tax Consultant will manage the implementation of the OSV TaxEx system by gathering necessary documentation and configuring tax requirements in alignment with federal, state, and local regulations. Key responsibilities Engage with customers and deployment partners to define requirements and guide them through the implementation process Lead the Tax implementation process from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery of services Consult with customers on data integrity issues and monitor project progress to address any potential impacts on scope or delivery Required qualifications Previous experience with TaxEx or ERP HR/Payroll systems/applications with tax-specific configuration experience 3-5 years of project management experience with Payroll, Payroll Tax, or Financial implementations Effective consulting experience with a focus on customer collaboration Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Passion for customer service and a positive, results-driven attitude
