Schedule:
Approximately
10–15 hours per week
initially. Some scheduling flexibility is available. Regular weekly availability and timely completion of month-end and tax deadlines are required. The position may include a combination of office and remote work after initial training and successful establishment of accounting procedures.
Compensation
$28–$34/hour
, depending on experience. Candidates with significant QuickBooks Online, Washington excise-tax, multi-state, and full-charge bookkeeping experience may qualify toward the upper end of the range.
What Success Looks Like
Our ideal bookkeeper keeps the books current rather than catching them up months later. Bank accounts reconcile. Receivables are monitored. Tax deadlines aren't missed. Loan balances make sense. Supporting documentation can be located when needed. Management receives accurate financial reports and is alerted when something unusual appears.
If you enjoy bringing order and accuracy to the financial side of a growing business, we'd like to hear from you.
Flexible work from home options available.
