Back of House Shift LeadA Back of House Shift Lead is responsible for creating a consistently excellent experience for both guests and team members at Chick-fil-A. This leader sets the tone for the shift by promoting a positive and uplifting environment while maintaining urgency, operational excellence, and team accountability.
